Year Olds

Caregivers of children between two years nine months and four years nine months old are able to refer themselves to CASA Mental Health.

If you are a physician referring a child, please have the family fill out the intake form below and fax or mail to the address provided.

Your Child is Assessed

Your family will meet with a CASA team member who will assess your concerns and work with you to determine next steps. This could mean a referral to community resources, group therapy or individual treatment.

Treatment Plan

A treatment plan is developed in collaboration with your family. Families are encouraged to discuss their involvement with CASA with their family doctor.

Help for 5 - 17
Year Olds

Caregivers of children or youth in this age group can receive a referral to CASA Mental Health through Alberta Health Services.

Call Intake Services

Call intake services at 825-402-6799. An Alberta Health Services representative will conduct a phone interview with you.

Referral

After the phone interview is complete, intake will determine which service is most appropriate for your family. If CASA is the appropriate service, they will send your information.

CASA Reaches Out

CASA will contact you by phone once your name moves up the waiting list.

Treatment Plan

A treatment plan is developed in collaboration with your family. Families are encouraged to discuss their involvement with CASA with their family doctor.

Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Group

A short-term skills group for caregivers of children with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. Caregivers can self-refer.
